1. Users must abide by the "General Rules for Safety Technical Operations in Metal Cutting Processing"
2. The user must be familiar with the structure, performance and maintenance of the grinder.
3. According to the manual of the grinding wheel, select the grinding wheel that matches the number of revolutions of the main shaft of the grinder. The newly-collared grinding wheel must have a factory certificate or an inspection test mark. If defects such as cracks in the quality, hardness, grain size and appearance of the grinding wheel are found before installation, it cannot be used.
4. The grinder must be installed firmly and reliably, and the fastening screws must not be loosened or damaged.
5. The flange of the grinding wheel must be of the same size, and its diameter must not be less than 1/3 of the diameter of the grinding wheel. There must be a flexible gasket between the grinding wheel and the deck.
6. When tightening the nut, use a special wrench. Do not tighten it too tightly. It is strictly forbidden to hammer it with hard things to prevent the grinding wheel from being broken.
7. After the grinding wheel is installed, a protective cover should be installed.
8. When the new grinding wheel is started, do not rush it, first check it by jogging, and then use it after a trial run for 5 to 10 minutes. Interns are not allowed to change the grinding wheel.
9. After the grinding wheel is started, it can be used after idling for 2~3 minutes.
10. The grinding wheel vibrates, there is no protective cover, the tool holder is worn out, and it is not allowed to use when the clamping is not firm. The distance between the grinding wheel and the tool holder must be less than 3MM.
11. Do not use excessive force or hit the grinding wheel when grinding workpieces or tools. Workpieces that are too large or too small to be controlled by hand, as well as non-ferrous metals and non-ferrous metals, etc., are prohibited from grinding on the grinder.
12. It is forbidden for two people to work on the same grinding wheel at the same time, and it is not allowed to grind the workpiece on the side of the grinding wheel.
13. When grinding, workers are not allowed to stand in front of the grinding wheel. They must wear protective glasses and dust masks. Workpieces that take a long time to grind should be cooled in time to prevent hot hands. It is forbidden to wrap the workpiece with cotton yarn for grinding .
14. Regularly trim the balance of the grinding wheel surface to keep it in good condition.
15. When the grinding wheel wears down to the specified size, it should be replaced immediately, otherwise it is prohibited to use.
16. When checking, maintaining and adjusting the gap, the machine must be shut down for operation.
17. The grinder must be equipped with good dust-absorbing equipment, the installation location is easy to operate, and it must have good lighting devices. It is forbidden to work in a dark and narrow operating environment.
18. The public grinding machine must be managed by a special person, and all grinding wheels are not allowed to be wet. The grinding wheel should be inspected before use, and can only be used after passing the test.
